This full service dentistry office located in downtown Graeagle features a friendly, quality team of dental assistants, front office administration, and  registered hygienists working in concert with and Dr. Barton, who are committed to providing the highest quality dental care that patients desire.


With a list of procedures comparable to the services found in big city offices, Dr. Barton,  and his team deliver everything from highly specialized services (implants, orthodontics, TMJ and sleep apnea treatments) to the more preventative aspects of general dental care.


This is a practice that believes strongly about making your dental experience a positive one.  That’s why we are dedicated to providing you with excellent, personalized care and service to make your visits as comfortable and pleasant as possible.


Because maintaining good patient relationships is a priority, and building a successful practice means caring for each patient at every stage of their dental care, our chairs are filled one examination room at a time, so double booking never becomes an issue, and quality of service never declines.

  • Theresa Housel – Front Office Manager

    Theresa HouselTheresa has been with our office for ten years. She handles our phone calls, and also takes care of all the appointments and scheduling for our patients.  She has been in the dental field for approximately 16 years, and comes to our practice with a wealth of knowledge. Theresa assists new patients by collecting information and initiating New Patient exams. She also helps patients who have insurance inquiries and guides them through treatment plans, payment and our billing service.

  • Stacia Adkins – Registered Dental Hygienist

    Stacia AdkinsI started my career as a dental hygienist in 1998 after graduating from Howard University in Washington D.C. I enjoy all aspects of my career, because it has brought me to different countries, and has given me lots of fun opportunities and friendships.

    At one point in my life, I was a practicing dental hygienist in Switzerland where I lived for some time. Then, found my way to Nevada where I worked for the State of Nevada with a tobacco intervention program for high school children. My career then took me to San Diego for 10 years, and then I finally settled in Graeagle around 2015. This area has been the ideal balance of work and lifestyle, as I love the plentitude out outdoor recreational activities. And the community has provided quality relationships that will last a lifetime.

  • Sherry Sebring – Dental Assistant

    Sherry SebringSherry has been a dental assistant for several years. She really enjoys her job. The patients are always interesting. She says there is nothing like seeing someone smile after having their teeth restored.

  • Sherry Panick – Front Office Assistant

    Sherry PanickAfter retiring from the County of Santa Cruz, I moved to Graeagle with an interest to still be a part of the working world, but this time in a small community. In March of 2016, I joined Dr. Barton and his team as a front office assistant.

    Daily interaction with the patients our community brighten my day. Scheduling, insurance oversight, and telephone calls are all part of my job that keep me busy. When I’m not at the office, I enjoy all of the wonderful outdoor activities, especially hiking with my dog Olive. I also enjoy making organic body products that to my surprise, as become more than just a hobby. Living in a small town has truly been a wonderful experience, and where I want to be.

  • Kathy Barton – General Office Manager

    Kathy BartonKathy is in charge of keeping the office running smoothly as well as handling the business side of the office with husband Dr. Michael Barton DDS. She is instrumental in running our operations, and primarily focuses her attention to accounts and the book keeping aspects of the practice. With a family operated practice, her skill set is utilized in all aspects of successfully operating and maintaining a dental practice.
